Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: After placing your order, please allow up to 3-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

3-5 business days processing time. And 10 to 15 business days shipping time.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide and ensure we make every customers shopping experience with us an enjoyable one.

Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon the purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: HOW DO I ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

A: Simply find the product you want and click the "BUY IT NOW" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible!

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: Order cancellation is only allowed within 12 hours after the order was placed. We cannot cancel orders if they have already been moved to production.

Q: WHY MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

A: We have different warehouses some in US so the transfer and shipping of products can take some time and it can cause some delay.
