Summer Berry Crisp
Yes, and that vanilla ice cream is a must! It adds to the sweetness and it balances out the light tartness of the berries and polishes it off with that berries and cream flavor combo. This is how you do summer!

This Berry Crisp is definitely worthy of making it to the list of favorites! A flavorful, fresh berry base is topped with a decadent oat crumble and no one will be able to resist! It’s easy to make and even easier to eat and fall in love with.

quick cooking oats (gluten-free)
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease 6 small oven-safe ramekins. Set them aside.
To make the berry filling, in a large bowl, add the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Toss them with the granulated sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Transfer the berry mixture into the prepared ramekins. Set them aside.
To make the oat topping, in another large bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until everything is combined. Top each ramekin with some of the crisp topping. Bake the crisps until the berries have softened and the crisp is golden, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Allow the crisps to cool for at least five minutes before enjoying.
