This fruit crisp is made up of mostly berries, then it’s adorned with the most delicious crispy, sweet, buttery, oat filled topping and finished with a generous scoop of rich vanilla ice cream.

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease 6 small oven-safe ramekins. Set them aside.
To make the berry filling, in a large bowl, add the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Toss them with the granulated sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Transfer the berry mixture into the prepared ramekins. Set them aside.
To make the oat topping, in another large bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until everything is combined. Top each ramekin with some of the crisp topping. Bake the crisps until the berries have softened and the crisp is golden, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Allow the crisps to cool for at least five minutes before enjoying.
