Ingredients :
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Soda water
- Fresh pineapple for garnish
1. In a shaker filled with ice, blend pineapple juice, sugar/syrup, and rum; strain into a chilled hurricane glass with ice cubes.
2. Fill with Club Soda; stir.
